Lamb meatball skewer| Lamb & Merguez meatball w/ date molasses & sesame glaze. Herbed and roasted tomatoes. Caramelized cippilini onions. Mint.

Winter gazpacho| Roasted and fresh tomato Salmorejo (Winter gazpacho) presented in cups. Crumbled chorizo, pastured egg, smoked sesame salt, microbasil. Good bread.
